Returns

We want your shopping experience to be a positive one! Our policy lasts for 14 days. We will happily accept returns within 14 days of you receiving your order. If 14 days have passed since receiving your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in the original packaging. We can only refund the price of the items, excluding any shipping costs.

Unfortunately we are unable to refund or exchange items due to change of mind, or perceived colour variations due to inconsistencies of computer screens vs real garment colours. Please ask us any questions if you are unsure about the colour of a product.

A note on sale items: Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

To request a refund, please email us at support@sockiesofficial.com. Please include your full name, address, and order number to help us quickly process your request.

If you have received an item with a manufacturing fault, we will aim to resolve the problem as fast as possible. Please attach photos of the damage or fault, and include your full name, address, and order number, and email us at support@sockiesofficial.com for us to resolve the issue.

If approved for a refund, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method. Please allow 7 to 10 days for this payment to appear in your account. Please email us at support@sockiesofficial.com if you have not received your refund payment after 10 days.

 

Shipping

Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning or exchanging an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

To return your product, please follow the instructions above and we will supply you with an address for delivery of your returned items. The shipping time frame for sending customers new products due to a manufacturing fault, is the standard 1 to 7 weeks as we will need to order the new item from our supplier.

If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

We recommend using trackable shipping or purchasing shipping insurance for costly items you are posting to us to guarantee that we will receive your item.
